Services
Christian Judicial System provides faith-based services designed to help Christians, churches, ministries, and organizations pursue biblical conflict resolution, guided reconciliation, and structured dispute resolution when needed.
Guided Christian Mediation
Guided Christian Mediation is an informal process that helps parties communicate, clarify concerns, pursue repentance and forgiveness where appropriate, and work toward a voluntary written agreement. This is often the recommended first step before a formal hearing.
Formal Christian Resolution Hearing
For disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation, CJS may provide a more structured faith-based resolution process. A formal hearing allows the parties to present information, documents, and statements before a neutral Christian decision-maker or panel.
Pastor and Ministry Referrals
CJS supports pastors and ministry leaders who are helping individuals, churches, ministries, or Christian organizations address conflict in a biblically faithful and orderly way.
Prayer and Spiritual Support
CJS recognizes that conflict is not only practical or relational, but also spiritual. Prayer and spiritual encouragement may be offered as part of the broader mission of reconciliation and restoration.
Training and Educational Resources
CJS plans to provide educational resources, training, and guidance to help Christians, churches, and ministries better understand biblical conflict resolution, reconciliation, and faith-based dispute resolution.
Important Boundaries
CJS is not a civil court, law firm, emergency service, or government agency. CJS does not provide legal advice, criminal investigation, crisis intervention, or guaranteed outcomes. Anyone facing immediate danger, abuse, criminal conduct, or urgent legal deadlines should contact appropriate authorities or qualified legal counsel.
No Guaranteed Outcome
CJS seeks to provide a faithful, fair, and reconciliation-focused process, but no specific outcome is guaranteed. Mediation may or may not result in agreement, and a formal hearing may or may not produce the result a party hopes for.
The purpose of CJS is to provide an appropriate Christian process rooted in truth, accountability, reconciliation, and restoration, not to guarantee a particular decision, settlement, or personal result.
