Legal Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Christian Judicial System is a faith-based dispute resolution ministry and does not operate as a civil court, law firm, emergency service, government agency, or crisis-response organization.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this website should be understood as legal advice. CJS does not represent any party as an attorney, does not provide legal opinions, and does not advise visitors about their legal rights, claims, defenses, deadlines, or court obligations. Anyone with legal questions should consult a qualified attorney

Not a Civil Court or Government Agency

CJS is not a civil court, government agency, law enforcement agency, or substitute for any required court filing, legal proceeding, administrative process, or government remedy. Participation in any CJS process does not automatically pause, extend, or replace legal deadlines or court requirements.

Emergencies and Safety Matters

CJS does not handle emergencies, immediate danger, threats of violence, abuse, criminal conduct, crisis intervention, or mandatory reporting matters through this website. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or appropriate authorities immediately.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in CJS mediation, referral, consultation, or dispute resolution services is voluntary unless the parties have entered into a separate written agreement requiring a particular process. CJS may decline, pause, or close a matter if it determines that the matter is not appropriate for its mission, process, or available resources.

No Guaranteed Outcome

CJS does not guarantee that any dispute will be accepted, resolved, settled, reconciled, or decided in a particular way. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the willingness of the parties, the nature of the dispute, available information, and the process agreed to by the parties.

Confidentiality Limits

CJS seeks to handle submitted information responsibly and respectfully, but confidentiality may be limited by law, safety concerns, mandatory reporting obligations, consent, process requirements, technology limitations, or the need to communicate with parties involved in a matter. Visitors should not submit information through this website that they believe requires immediate legal protection or emergency action.

Website Submissions

Submitting a form, message, referral, prayer request, or inquiry through this website does not create a legal, pastoral, mediation, arbitration, advisory, fiduciary, or confidential relationship unless CJS separately confirms acceptance of the matter in writing.

Attorney Review Recommended

Because legal rights and obligations may be affected by conflict, mediation, arbitration, written agreements, court deadlines, or formal dispute resolution processes, parties are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before participating in any process that may affect their legal interests.

Questions
