Mediation First. Formal Hearing if Needed.
Many disputes can be addressed through honest conversation, guided reconciliation, prayerful reflection, repentance, forgiveness, and a written agreement. When informal mediation is not enough, CJS may provide a more structured faith-based dispute resolution process.
What Makes CJS Different
Christian Judicial System is built around a biblical view of truth, justice, accountability, reconciliation, and restoration. CJS does not replace the church, the civil courts, legal counsel, counseling, or emergency services. Instead, CJS offers a faith-based process for appropriate disputes where participants are willing to seek a Christian path forward.
CJS emphasizes:
- biblical truth and moral accountability;
- reconciliation when possible;
- voluntary participation;
- mediation before formal hearings when appropriate;
- written agreements or decisions when needed;
- respect for safety, fairness, consent, and proper boundaries.
