.... is a charitable, faith-based nonprofit corporation that will provide Christian-based dispute resolution services via live audio/visual online hearings (Zoom), utilizing a fusion of mediation/arbitration. We will apply divine law, natural law, and biblical teachings to resolve disputes and foster a positive restoration of the relationship between the disputants. The services provided by the organization will be available to the general public. 100% of the organization’s time and resources will be devoted to this activity. The organization will provide a lower-cost, simplified, and expedited alternative to dispute resolution than is available through litigation in the secular court system. We will not apply secular court laws to our dispute resolution process nor offer legal advice to the disputants or anyone else.

This activity furthers the organization’s educational purpose because individuals will be instructed and trained to improve and develop their spiritual lives. This activity furthers the organization’s religious purpose because the education provided will be infused with Christian principles. This activity furthers the organization’s charitable purpose because the concept of “charitable” includes both the advancement of education and the advancement of religion.

... on or about May 1, 2024. The activity will be conducted at 106 2nd ST NW, Ruskin, FL, via the Internet. The activity will be conducted by the directors and officers of the corporation and by a professionally trained staff of qualified clerks and judges. All fundraising for the organization will be conducted by its board of directors, officers, employees, and volunteers, who will solicit individual and corporate charitable contributions from the community at annual fundraisers and through mail and email programs. Donations will be accepted on an ongoing basis on the organization’s website. The board of directors will also seek to secure public funding through annual grant applications.
