Mediation/Arbitration Hearings (MAH)

Our trained Christian mediators/arbiters offer alternative dispute resolution services rooted in biblical principles. We facilitate the peaceful resolution of conflicts through mediation and arbitration via live online hearings, striving for mutual understanding and reconciliation among the parties involved. To learn more about this service, please click here.

Document Only Resolution (DOR)

If the disputants prefer not to participate in a live hearing, they can choose to have their dispute resolved by our mediators/arbiters by submitting their narrative of the dispute and all supporting documentation/statements for review. The DOR option is usually faster and less expensive than a Mediation/Arbitration Hearing.

Prayer and Spiritual Support (PSS)

We believe in the power of prayer and provide spiritual support to those involved in legal proceedings. Our chaplains offer prayer, counseling, and pastoral care to individuals and families facing legal challenges, seeking comfort and guidance through faith.

Dispute Resolution Counseling (DRC)

We offer one-on-one dispute resolution counseling aimed at helping individuals, families, and organizations constructively resolve conflicts and disputes. Grounded in psychological principles and conflict resolution techniques, dispute resolution counseling focuses on facilitating communication, promoting understanding, and finding mutually agreeable solutions to disputes.
